Some have already been recorded, such as changes to the family record book or the end of the winter break. The tariff shield, which was to end on June 30, was extended until the end of the year.

For the rest, here is what changes on June 1, 2022.

Family record book

A new model of family book comes into existence on June 1. In particular, it takes into account medically assisted procreation (PMA), adoption reform, the identity of children born dead and the death certificates of adult children.

It should also be noted that this new family booklet provides for the regulations relating to the change of name: “when the choice relates to a name resulting from filiation”.
