Our technologies enable the creation, sustainability and securing of tomorrow’s smart coatings: we produce paints and inks with programmed color change on an industrial scale.

Each year, the company supports 70 major manufacturers in all sectors: defence, transport, heavy industry, medical, cosmetics, food, space, construction, etc.

LuminoKrom® is the company’s first marketed product: a photoluminescent paint that captures light during the day and lights up at night for 10 hours, without electricity or CO2 emissions. This breakthrough innovation is fully in line with the development of tomorrow’s infrastructures. At the end of 2021, LuminoKrom® paint will secure nearly 100 pedestrian lanes or cycle paths in the form of road markings throughout France and is also attractive outside our borders (Belgium, Canada, Luxembourg, Nigeria, Senegal, Switzerland, etc.) .

As part of its development, OliKrom is looking for an Operational Digital Marketing Officer.


Reporting to the Marketing Communication Manager, your missions are centered around lead generation in order to generate opportunities for the Sales teams:

• Implement the digital acquisition and inbound marketing strategy

• Propose and create innovative and relevant content for our various media (visuals, texts, blog, newsletters, landing pages, social networks, A/B testing, etc.)

• Test, develop and manage new acquisition channels in order to identify sources of potential leads, activate new recruitment levers

• Manage emailing campaigns via our platform: write, plan, target and automate

• Set up webinars, events etc.

• Produce editorial content, participation in the writing and distribution of articles for websites (in order to improve SEO referencing)

• Updating of websites in connection with the actions carried out: posting of news, general updates, blog articles, press coverage, etc.

• Participate in the animation of social networks, ensure a daily watch

• Monitor the performance of actions against objectives (reporting, KPI, ROI)

• Collaborate with Sales teams to follow up on leads

• Work in collaboration with agencies (social media, digital)

• Sector and competitive intelligence, monitoring of digital marketing trends

Required profile

Higher education in business school, marketing, communication, you have a first experience in digital marketing (two years).

You are curious, have strong analytical skills and have a strong culture of progress, performance and results. You master the Office and Adobe suite and web analytics tools (GA4, Matomo).

You master the main levers of growth (SEO, SEA, social ads, content marketing, retargeting, enrichment, etc.).

You are versatile and you master digital and social media for business use (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).

You are recognized for your autonomy and you carry out your missions in a rigorous and organized manner.

Finally, your level of English is operational, both written and spoken.

Contract: full-time permanent contract

Location: Pessac, near Bordeaux. Occasional telecommuting possible.

Remuneration: Fixed to be determined according to your profile + annual bonus. Restaurant and company mutual vouchers.
