After six weeks of a grueling trial against Johnny Depp, Amber Heard decided to take a drastic decision. The 36-year-old actress is about to move to a house in the Californian desert, in Joshua Tree. She would have bought it for a million dollars. She will settle there with her daughter Oonagh (one year old). The house in question has three bedrooms. She and her daughter will be there at least until the deliberation of the trial between her and her former husband.
As a reminder, Johnny Depp has decided to sue his ex-wife for defamation following a complaint received for domestic violence. Amber Heard calls out to the 58-year-old actor, big star of Pirates of the Caribbean, the modest sum of 78 million pounds. The Virginia jury is expected to deliver its verdict next week, in early June.

Last week, Amber Heard said she felt humiliated and that she had received hundreds of death threats daily after testifying against Johnny Depp. “It might be easy to forget, but I’m a human being”she lamented, very touched by the extent of her harassment. “Amber loves spending time in the desert. It’s the only place she can get away from it all. It’s very connected to the artistic community there, and it feels like a real getaway.” said a source close to the actress.
