Founded in 2010 by Maxime Doreau, Feed Manager is a webmarketing agency dedicated to traders wishing to develop their online growth. The company, which has belonged to the powerful international Labelium group since 2016, has prestigious references with 180 customers across Europe, Canada and the United States.
In full effervescence, the e-commerce sector has exploded since the start of the health crisis. In the first quarter of 2021, it represented nearly 500 million transactions, i.e. an annual increase of 17.8%. Deprived of their physical distribution channels, companies have embarked on an accelerated digital transformation, essential to maintaining their activity.
Three questions to: Laëtitia Muré, CEO of Feed Manager
Explain to us what the activity of Feed Manager consists of?
Our job is to adapt and structure e-commerce data to make it compatible for distribution on advertising platforms like Google, Facebook or marketplaces like Amazon, Cdiscount, Manomano. But beyond the technical aspect of data compliance, we are working on the performance aspect of campaigns by integrating third-party data to better steer the algorithms towards displaying the most profitable products for your business.

E-commerce has definitely taken off with the health crisis. How has this impacted your business?
On the one hand, we faced a concentration of business on the only channel accessible on the web. E-merchants had to speed up their online visibility and their click & collect offer. And on the other hand, we have seen brands arrive that have found themselves without a physical distributor and have made digital transformation and direct to consumer a priority. We have therefore greatly reinforced the teams with 20 recruitments last year and we have restructured our offers around three major axes: the structuring of data via feed management, the digital media strategy and e-retail and marketplace support. A winning strategy that adapts to each e-merchant regardless of size or sector of activity. Based in Bordeaux, the team of 50 talents works together to provide an optimal solution to French and foreign merchants.
What are your ambitions for 2022?
Continue the development of e-retail and marketplaces to support more brands and merchants in this ecosystem. And in addition to e-retailers who constitute 70% of our partners, I would like to strengthen our expertise on data flow by integrating the fields of automotive and real estate. Flows have become essential and are now present in all sectors. And to carry out its projects, I recruit talents with a projection of twenty additional employees in 2022 and six in the very short term.
Good to know: Training holds a prominent place within Feed Manager, whether it is continuous for current employees or on a work-study basis for students.
The development of Feed Manager employees is at the heart of my concerns. We are constantly looking for ways to offer them a motivating career path within the agency and the group. Identifying talents, capitalizing on them and developing the skills of our employees are part of our DNA.
